INTERMOUNTAIN STATES SEMINAR EXHIBITORS' STANDING RULES

Exhibitors are a major part of the IMSS. Every accommodation will be made to make your exhibit profitable and convenient for your company.

Registration

1. Each exhibitor must register and exchange their business card, with preferred mailing address, for an IMSS badge, and must wear this badge in order to get into the exhibit hall, and any other seminar function.

2. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own travel reservations. When making motel reservations, company representatives should specify that they are with IMSS

3. All shipping to and from the exhibit location must be arranged by the exhibitor. All equipment shipments should be made to IMSS, in care of the exhibit site.

4. Arrangements to sponsor speakers, door prizes, awards, etc., should be coordinated through the Program Chair or the Sponsorship Chair prior to the opening of the seminar.

5. Each booth space is provided with two meal tickets per day and one (1) banquet coupon. The banquet coupon must be exchanged for a ticket by the indicated deadline.

Booths

6. Booths must be left up for the duration of IMSS and must be open during each session of exhibit hours. NO EXHIBIT NOR ANY PART OF AN EXHIBIT may be disassembled before the final exhibit hours. If this rule is violated, the company may not be allowed to exhibit the following year.

7. No oversized exhibits are allowed. Your exhibit must be confined to the space purchased.

8. All equipment and supply demonstrations must be done within the exhibit hall. Separate exhibits outside the exhibit hall are allowed only in motorized vans adjacent to the exhibit hall, provided the exhibit fee has been paid to the IMSS. Van space is limited so arrangements must be made with the exhibit committee. NO ROOMS ARE TO BE RENTED FOR PRIVATE SHOWINGS. If this rule is violated, the company may not be allowed to exhibit the following year.

9. One 110 volt electrical outlet is provided with each booth. Additional outlets or 220 volt service may be purchased with the approval of the Exhibits committee.

10. No part of any exhibit, including signs, may be posted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls, doors, etc. without permission of the Exhibits Chair. Damage from failure to observe this rule is payable by the exhibitor.

IMSS and You

11. All registered exhibitors are encouraged to attend general sessions. Any representative may attend the workshop sponsored by their own company, but must pay the required fee to attend any other workshop. A registration packet will be sent to anyone requesting one.

12. There is a fee for spouses and friends who wish to attend various functions of the seminar.

13. No children under the age of 12 will be allowed in the exhibit area.

You and IMSS

14. Exhibit spaces will be assigned as fairly as possible. Every effort will be made to keep competing companies separate. Once booth spaces have been assigned there will be no switching without mutual consent of everyone involved.

15. Admittance to the exhibit hall outside of scheduled general exhibit and private showing hours will not be allowed except under special circumstances and with a member of the Exhibits committee in attendance.

16. All complaints or comments should be directed to the Exhibitor Liaisons or any member of the Coordinating Committee. Committee members will wear an official ribbon.

17. All decisions made by the Exhibits Chair and the Coordinating Committee will be final.

18. Seminars, workshops, product presentations, users' meetings or other activities conflicting with IMSS are discouraged.

19. Exhibitors who fail to observe these Standing Rules may be asked to leave without refund.
